Hi, I'm Haylee.

Haylee's Comet Photography was born in 2020 via the mind of a creative traveler with a camera and a dream. Throughout my time working with clients and friends to capture memories, I have been able to merge my love of travel and photography. That camera and those dreams allowed me to drive my way across the United States.

After spending six years traveling and growing my craft, I returned home to Texas in 2026 to welcome my daughter Roamee into the world and reconnect with my Texas clients. They say you always find your way back home and I’m thrilled to be connecting with my roots and growing in the community that raised me.

Photography has been a constant in the last six years of my life and no matter how far I stray, I always feel the passion pulling at me. Diving head first into my career has been put on hold due to my wandering ways but I look forward to this next chapter, being grounded and able to give this passion of mine the true energy it deserves.

My style of shooting combines all the things I’ve learned to love about life. The whimsical, free spirit that lives in all of us is one of my favorite things to photograph. I enjoy capturing moments that would exist without a camera in your face. The love you share for your spouse, the pride you feel for your children or the confidence that shines from within you. As someone who isn’t a fan of having my photo taken, I relate most to those who feel camera shy. My main goal in a photo session is to make you feel comfortable and have a little fun!
